Nakia was very thorough and communicated throughout the entire transaction. I knew what to expect as she prepared me for how the transaction would go from start to finish. She was patient, knowledgable and extremely resourceful. I had other friends who did not have as smooth of a transaction on their first time purchase and I really feel it has to do with the agent you are working with to represent you. I am more than happy with my home and agent. I would highly recommend Nakia to anyone looking for a great agent that goes above and beyond for her clients.
